- 3 ripe bananas
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
Instructions
- Slice the bananas and set aside.
- In a bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- In a saucepan, mix sugar, cornstarch, and milk; cook over medium heat until thickened.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Layer crushed graham crackers, banana slices, and cream mixture in a dish.
- Top with remaining whipped cream.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.

- Use ripe bananas for better flavor.
- Can substitute coconut cream for a dairy-free option.
- Graham cracker crust can be pre-made.
