  • 1 cup cocoa powder

  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter and sugar together over low heat.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in eggs and vanilla.
  5. Add flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix until combined.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  8. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate and heavy cream together to make the mousse.
  9. Once brownies are cool, spread the mousse on top.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
