Ingredients

  • 1 cup guava puree

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
  3. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
  6. Stir in guava puree and vanilla extract.
  7. Pour mixture over the crust in the pan.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes until set.
  9. Cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
