Description
A delicious and creamy guava cheesecake with a graham cracker crust.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup guava puree
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
- Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
- Stir in guava puree and vanilla extract.
- Pour mixture over the crust in the pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until set.
- Cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use ripe guavas for better flavor.
- Top with additional guava puree if desired.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
