A light and fruity twist on the classic tiramisu using fresh strawberries.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup ladyfinger cookies
- 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Prepare the strawberries and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Dip ladyfingers in coffee quickly and layer them in a dish.
- Add a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Add a layer of chopped strawberries.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used.
- Dust the top with cocoa powder.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use ripe strawberries for the best flavor.
- Adjust sugar according to taste.
- Can be made a day in advance.
